Summary

Observed heterozygosity (HO, top) and the inbreeding coefficient FIS (bottom) at 13 microsatellite loci in 48 Cannabis accessions, one box per accession: fibre accessions (green) and drug accessions (red), the drug accessions grouped by their documented indica, mixed or sativa origin. Several drug-type accessions made up of clones sit at an observed heterozygosity of 0.5 and an FIS of −1.

Used in Heterozygosity.
