Generates an area-specific accession browsing subpage: lead, top nav, accession table, bottom nav. The table renders via Template:Browse/AreaRow with descriptive name as display text where set.
The lead gives the live accession count, then the growing region and country that the area's accessions name (the inverse of Has growing region and Has country over those accessions; each of the two sentences is left out when no accession sets its property). The table itself has no region or country column, so this is where a reader learns which place an ambiguous area name refers to. The lead links the main area article only when that article exists, so an area whose article has not been written yet gets no dead link. An area name that already begins with "The" is not given a second definite article.
