Evidentiary scope

The sheet records one female cannabis plant on a named road at a stated elevation and preserves Watt's observation of sex-selective field management in the area. It gives no village-level collection point, cultivar or local variety name, preparation, use or purpose for cultivation. The note concerns a practice in the locality and does not demonstrate that the mounted plant came from one of the fields it describes. The record establishes neither a continuing population nor a living germplasm holding, so it does not by itself support a landrace classification. No conservation priority is assigned.

Georeferencing

The label names a route rather than a collection point. Its 6,500-foot altitude places the gathering somewhere on that descent, but it does not say how far Watt had travelled from Bathad. No coordinate is asserted.
