Discussion
Evidentiary scope
The page rests on the strainguide entry Hunza, read through its Wayback capture of 29 January 2008. The entry gives a name and a map point only. It does not say that the collective held seed of the line, where seed came from or when. Éloise 22:10, 12 October 2026 (+07)
Georeferencing
The entry's point, "35.54,74.20,4", reverse-geocodes in OpenStreetMap (6 October 2026) to Diamer District, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. That is about 97 km south-southwest of Karimabad, in Hunza (OpenStreetMap node 275201318), and outside the Hunza valley. It fails the check, so it is recorded here, attributed to the strainguide, and not entered. The point 36.58, 75.11 is the middle of Hunza District in OpenStreetMap (relation 15808174, about 11,500 km², the middle falling inside it). It is an area point for the district, not the place the plant was gathered. Basis: district point. Uncertainty: about 61 km. Éloise 22:10, 12 October 2026 (+07)
