Evidentiary scope

The article rests on the RSC listing for Humla Jungli and on the Kwik Seeds listing of the same line. Kwik Seeds is the shop RSC calls its other site (RSC, Hemp & Multipurpose). The listings describe a collection in October 2021 on the route from Humla toward the Tibetan border, from an unnamed householder who was hand-rubbing wild-growing stands. They name no village. The seed on sale comes from "a new ex-situ maintenance grow", so the accession is a reproduction of the collected population. The account of the route, the stands and the Datura is RSC's. Georeferencing

The listings name Humla and the route toward the Tibetan border above the Karnali River; RSC gives a latitude of 30° N. The coordinate is the label point of Humla District in OpenStreetMap (relation 4586370), rounded to two decimal places: 30.03, 81.83. Editorial treatment

• Accession ID. RSC-NPL-KAR-1020210001 takes KAR from Karnali Province and the month 10 from "The original collection was made in October 2021". This is the first RSC accession whose listing gives a collection month.
• Name. Humla Jungli Feral Reproduction 2021. It follows the wiki's feral selections (<place> Feral Selection <year>), with "Reproduction" because the seed comes from a maintenance grow.
• Classification. Feral, for RSC's "Feral Himalayan Landrace", "wild-growing strain" and "uncultivated cannabis plants". Cultivation system type Feral describes the source stands.
• Reproduction. Accession type Reproduction and autochtonous No, because the seed on sale was grown ex situ. No sourcing type is entered: the listing does not say how many generations have been grown since 2021.
• Collector. Angus, as on the other accessions RSC sourced itself. The householder is not named.
• Photoperiod. Short-day is stated here ("This is not an auto / day-neutral variety"); it is not the corpus convention.
• Vocabulary mapping. "Profuse branching" is entered as Extensive. "Charas (hand-rubbed resin), seeds" is entered as purposes Recreation and Seeds and processing method Charas.
• Links. Shiva and Parvati are linked as deities. The Datura is not linked, because the listing does not identify the species.

Source discrepancies

• Structure. RSC: "Plants retain a very compact structure during vegetative stage". Kwik Seeds lists "long internodes" among the characteristics and does not carry RSC's paragraph on structure, stretch and branching.
• Only on RSC. The paragraphs on vegetative structure, bud density and resin, and on flowering time.
• Wording. Kwik Seeds spells the goddess "Pavati", as the RSC listing did until at least June 2026 (below).

Archived versions

The Wayback Machine holds four versions of the RSC listing, from June 2025 to June 2026, and all were read. All give the current sourcing line, the October 2021 collection and the ex situ maintenance grow. They differ from the current text only in spelling the goddess "Pavati", and they add nothing to the article. No version lists the "long internodes" that Kwik Seeds gives. The infobox image and the gallery are the five photographs on the RSC listing, uploaded under fair use at reduced resolution. The listing gives them no captions. RSC's file names date two to 2021, one to July 2024 and one to 8 September "40 North". The captions say only what each image shows and do not repeat the file names.
