Evidentiary scope

The listing gives only "southeast Madagascar", a transitional zone between humid and dry areas and a latitude of 23° S, and names no district. So that the accession appears on the map, the coordinate is inferred. Atsimo-Atsinanana is the region whose name means "south-east". The point is the middle of the longer of the region's two crossings of 23° S in OpenStreetMap (relation 6951283), rounded to two decimal places: −23.00, 47.47.
