Evidentiary scope
The label records a plant escaped from a garden in Rabat in July 1978, named Chanvre and kif. That is evidence of cultivation nearby, in a garden, and of a plant growing outside it. The accession is classified Feral because the label states the plant had escaped from cultivation. It does not record who grew the garden plants, from what seed, or for what use. No conservation priority is assigned.

Georeferencing
The label names the city and an altitude of 20 metres. The coordinate is the city's point on Wikidata (item Q3551), 34.02, −6.84, which stands for the city and not for the garden. The 30-metre SRTM elevation at that point is 20 metres, the same as the label, but a single point cannot place the garden. Rabat lies in Rabat Prefecture, in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region.
Editorial treatment
The collector field takes J. Lewalle, the label form. The catalogue gives Lewalle J. and links the name to the VIAF authority 36803605, which identifies José Lewalle (1931–2004); the International Plant Names Index gives the same name and dates.
The local name field takes kif from the label's "kif". The label's Chanvre is a French common name and is not entered as a local name.
