Evidentiary scope
The record fixes a cannabis plant at a named place on a known day, which makes it the most precisely dated of the early Congolese sheets. It gives no elevation, no habitat, no local name and no statement of use, its georeference is unconfirmed, and it does not establish whether the plant was cultivated or spontaneous. It records no continuing population and no living germplasm holding, so it supports neither a landrace nor a feral classification. No conservation priority is assigned.
Georeferencing
The catalogue georeferences the locality at -4.13333, 20.91667, a point in Kasai. The name is not carried by OpenStreetMap, so the coordinate could not be confirmed against an independent gazetteer; it is reproduced as the holding institution's own georeference, stated to the arcminute, and not as a verified position.
