Evidentiary scope
The record fixes a cannabis plant at a mapped village in a named month, and preserves the collector's description of it as indigenous hemp. It gives no elevation, no local name and no statement of use, and it does not establish whether the plant was cultivated or spontaneous. It records no continuing population and no living germplasm holding, so it supports neither a landrace nor a feral classification. No conservation priority is assigned.
Georeferencing
The catalogue georeferences the locality at -3.27589, 17.36937. That point is independently confirmed by the mapped village of Wombali in Plateaux territory, Mai-Ndombe, which agrees with the catalogue to within a few metres. It is used here as a locality georeference rather than as a reconstructed collection point.
