Border

The region is the eastern region of Thailand's six-region system (regions of Thailand): the provinces of Chachoengsao, Chanthaburi, Chonburi, Prachinburi, Rayong, Sa Kaeo and Trat. Its border on the map follows the OpenStreetMap boundaries of those provinces, with the offshore islands, simplified. The infobox leaves gene pool and regional complex empty: no existing grouping covers the eastern provinces.

Sources

  • The Matichon (2019) and Thansettakij (2021) reports were read in Thai; the Bangkok Post, Khaosod English and Pattaya Mail reports in full.
  • No source found for the region describes cultivation before 2019. Herbarium sheets from Chonburi and Rayong give habitats only and are not filed under the region.

Not used

  • A 2021 report of cannabis dishes at a hospital restaurant in Prachinburi concerns use, not growing.
