Border
The region is the central region of Thailand's six-region system (regions of Thailand): Bangkok and the 21 provinces from Phitsanulok, Sukhothai, Kamphaeng Phet, Phichit and Phetchabun south to the Gulf of Thailand. Its border on the map follows the OpenStreetMap boundaries of those provinces, clipped to the coast and simplified. The infobox leaves gene pool and regional complex empty: no existing grouping covers the central provinces.
