Major Kerala Ganja trafficker arrested in Sri Lanka

The Colombo Crime Division arrested a major trafficker involved in smuggling Kerala Ganja from India to Sri Lanka by boat. The suspect was apprehended in the Jaffna area after a prolonged surveillance operation. Over 10 kg of Kerala Ganja was seized. The arrest followed information from 'Anandan,' who had previously supplied a boat used in the escape of a key suspect in the Ganemulla Sanjeewa shooting incident at the Aluthkade Court Complex — linking the KG trafficking network to organised violent crime.
