Joint operation destroys 25-acre ganja plantation with 100,000+ plants in Kandhamal's Naudimahao forest

A coordinated anti-ganja operation led by Raikia Police Station Officer Ashutosh Paik destroyed a 25-acre (10.1 hectare) cannabis plantation in the Naudimahao forest area of Raikia block, Kandhamal district. Joint forces from Raikia Police, Excise Department (Phulbani), and Forest Department uprooted over 100,000 cannabis plants with an estimated value of ₹2 crore (approximately $240,000 USD).
