Illegal ganja farm operator arrested and 3,000 plants and 25,000 seedlings seized

Hambegamuwa Police arrested a 24-year-old resident of Hambegamuwa operating an illegal cannabis farm on approximately half an acre. The cultivation contained 3,000 mature plants and 25,000 seedlings. All plants were destroyed.
