Kampong Speu governor rejected Malaysian investor's marijuana plantation proposal
Kampong Speu Provincial Governor Vy Samnang revealed that he rejected a Malaysian investor's proposal to cultivate marijuana in the province, submitted approximately five years earlier (~2018). Speaking at a press conference on the provincial administration's five-year achievements, Samnang said the investor "was angry with me" after the refusal.
