Two suspects arriving by boat at Mandativu coast were intercepted at 9:10 am; information extracted from them led to a raid on a stash house in Pallikuda where the cannabis was seized. The four suspects were residents of Pooneryn, Mannar, Jaffna, and Mallavi, aged 35–41.
