Maps: replace the no-JS fallback as the first-paint state with a loading skeleton. The 'It needs JavaScript' notice was rendered server-side inside the map div and nothing hid it until Leaflet initialised, so every reader saw a working map advertise itself as broken for ~6s. Skeleton is CSS in site.styles (head-blocking, and client-js is settled by an inline head script) because Common.js lands ~4.8s in. Fallback now toggles on visibility, not display, which sidesteps the TemplateStyles .mw-p...

Fix page name formula tokens: PageForms substitutes <TemplateName[field]> (the full input name), not <field>, so the previous formula left the tokens literal and produced an invalid title on save. Verified via preview API.

One Featured Article pick, taken by offset from the candidate pool defined in
[[Template:Home/FeaturedArticle/Pool]]. Split out of
[[Template:Home/FeaturedArticle]] so that the daily server render and the
"Show another" control run the identical ask. MediaWiki:Common.js re-parses
this template with a different offset on each click, which makes a swapped
card byte-identical to a server-rendered one and keeps all lead and image
extraction in [[Module:FeaturedExtract]] rather than duplicating any of it in
JavaScript.

Parameter:
* '''offset''': zero-based index into the title-sorted pool. Defaults to the
deterministic daily rotation ({{#time:z}} mod pool count), which is the
behaviour [[Template:Home/FeaturedArticle]] relies on, so an unparameterised
call renders exactly what the homepage rendered before this template existed.

The pool is sorted by title and SMW returns that order stably, so a given
offset resolves to the same article for as long as the pool is unchanged. When
an article is added the order shifts under the offsets, which costs at most a
repeat inside one reader's cycle.
